Course Booking Form
- Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a purchase order and payment (cheque made payable to Milne Marketing Ltd and mark for the attention of Training Department)
- A VAT invoice will be issued on receipt of your purchase order or remittance.
- Payment for courses must be received before commencement of the course.
Cancellations:
Please note that a cancellation fee of 50% is applicable to all cancellations received up to five working days before the course/training. No refund can be made on cancellations after that date.
Milne Marketing reserves the right to charge the full amount due.
N.B:
Delegates who attend courses at Milne Marketing must provide own P P E.
(Safety Footwear should be worn by all delegates attending practical courses. However, Milne Marketing will provide High Visibility clothing)
If fire training is carried out at your premises you will need to provide appropriate extinguishers for the course and arrange the refilling.
